My week has been interesting, oops should I say last 5 days?.
With world cup still on and wimbledon tennis and for you cricket fans Sri Lanka v England (it must really hurt if you are English!)
I've always thought it would be an all European final (I suspect there's someone who sets up the teams such that we do not get any surprises - or is Portugal the surprise?) Since none of the teams remaining are my favourite may the best team win ('Frankly my dear I don't give a damm')
And just to piss the guys I work with whenever they ask whether I watched the match I always pretend I was watching Cricket instead!
And to rub salt on injury there's no one for me to support at the tennis court with Venus out my selections are limited. A. Murray is out too - how do the English survive this heart ache? On the same week they were thrashed by Sri Lanka - though all their pain was in world cup.
Oh and what's with gays and football? I overheard this conversation on train:
1st Guy: 'What do you mean you don't watch football? Are you gay?'
2nd Guy: 'Depends, Are you proposing?'
Haha!
