Just when I thought it would be the best time to seek some external funding the market would not hear none of that. And naturally like any 'normal' person I have been seeking for someone or something to blame. So I just smiled when I read of who people are blaming now.
I’m not surprised that the former Fed Chief Alan Greenspan contribution to the credit crisis is coming under focus. The same person we all looked up to as a genius during his 18 years reign in the US central bank. ‘Hindsight is always 20-20…’ he should have clamped down on high risk ‘sub-prime’ mortgage lending. One of the basic rule that the lenders threw out of the window was that the borrower should have the ability to repay.
So Alan forget that I used to think that you were all that I blame you if my loan application does not go through. I know I have no collateral assets and can therefore not prove I will repay the loan, still I need the loan!
